Role: HR Intern (Talent Acquisition & Generalist)Location: Jaipur (In-office)

Stipend: 10,000 per month
About the Role: We are looking for three high-energy HR Interns to join the Synoriq team. You will start at the heart of our growthfinding and hiring the best talent. As you evolve, we will provide you with a well-rounded exposure to the entire employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals and social media.
- Coordinating interviews and managing the candidate experience pipeline.
- Assisting in campus recruitment drives and networking events.
- Supporting HR Ops, including documentation and onboarding.
- Over time: Getting involved in employee engagement, policy making, and performance management.

- Commitment: You are currently in your final semester or a recent graduate available for a full-time PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) after 6 months.
