Role Overview
Schbang is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern Talent Acquisition to support its recruitment function. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes across multiple business functions and provides an excellent learning opportunity for individuals aspiring to build a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and MIS reports
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates, hiring managers, and internal HR teams
- Support hiring for roles across Media, Technology, Design, Growth, SEO, Martech, Creative, and Business Development functions
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment process improvements
- Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and recruitment best practices
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduates or final-year students pursuing HR, Management, Psychology, or related fields
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is preferred
- Prior internship or exposure to HR or recruitment is an added advantage
