This internship is an on-site role located in Pune for a Human Resources (HR) Intern. The HR Intern will assist in daily operations, including maintaining HR policies, facilitating employee onboarding, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management. Additional responsibilities may include assisting in employee engagement initiatives, coordinating HR administrative tasks, and ensuring adherence to company HR processes and standards.

• Understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices
• Knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management software (preferred)
• Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain confidentiality in HR matters
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
