Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern position based in Pune. As an HR Intern, you will assist with daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintaining HR records. Other responsibilities include helping develop HR policies, assisting in organising training programs, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. You will also work on personnel management tasks, such as maintaining attendance records, tracking employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR), HR Policies, and Employee Benefits
• Familiarity with HR Management and Personnel Management
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in using HR software and MS Office applications
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
• Current enrollment in a Human Resources, Business Administration, or related degree program is preferred
• Enthusiasm for learning, growing, and contributing to HR functions in a dynamic environment
