Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the TA team in creating job postings and maintaining applicant tracking sheets.
Candidate Management & Coordination
- Engage with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Manage interview schedules, feedback collection, and documentation.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines for various positions.
Admin & HR Support
- Assist in HR documentation, onboarding coordination, and joining formalities.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Support HR team in any additional tasks or projects as required.
