Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern at Aerosys HVAC Solutions, located in Pune. The intern will assist in daily HR operations, including managing HR policies, employee benefits, and maintaining personnel records. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment activities, helping implement HR strategies, coordinating employee engagement initiatives, and assisting with administrative HR tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
- Skills in Personnel Management and employee relations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in using HR tools and software is a plus
- Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
