We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Intern to support our hiring and people operations. This is a remote, part-time opportunity with flexible working hours (5–7 hours per week), ideal for someone looking to gain practical experience in HR within a tech company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles
Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams
Maintain candidate databases and track application progress
Support onboarding processes for new hires
Communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience
Help with general HR and administrative tasks
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Interest in HR, recruitment, or people operations
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic familiarity with LinkedIn or willingness to learn
