Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated HR Intern focused on recruitment. You will assist in identifying top candidates, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring that we close 4 offers per week. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about building a career in HR, particularly in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and culture fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Help with preparing offer letters and ensuring offer closures in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the applicant tracking system.
- Meet the target of closing 4 job offers per week.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement effective recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc., is a plus.
