We're looking for a proactive Human Resource Intern to support day-to-day HR operations, assist with hiring coordination, and help enhance employee experience across the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support HR operations including onboarding coordination, documentation, employee records, and HRIS updates.
- Assist in recruitment activities such as resume screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, and offer documentation support.
- Help with payroll and compliance support tasks like data collation, attendance checks, and maintaining statutory records under guidance.
- Support employee engagement and HR communication initiatives, including event coordination and internal announcements.
- Assist in maintaining HR trackers, MIS reports, and basic dashboards using Excel.
- Provide administrative support related to HR tasks, coordination with internal teams, and day-to-day people operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate / final-year student pursuing HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in building a career in HR operations and talent acquisition.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes; familiarity with HR tools (Keka/GreytHR/Zoho) is a plus.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working with MS Excel and handling multiple tasks.
- Available for a 36 month full-time internship.
