Overview:
As an HR Intern at Mavenwit, you will play an essential role in the Talent Acquisition process,
assisting with recruitment and onboarding. You'll get hands-on experience managing candidate
databases, coordinating interviews, and supporting our HR team in talent sourcing and
engagement efforts. This is an opportunity to learn HR best practices while contributing to the
growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) database, ensuring candidate
information is accurate and up to date.
Coordinate interview schedules, follow-ups, and feedback processes between hiring
managers and candidates.
Engage with potential candidates through email, phone calls, and other communication
channels to initiate the recruitment process.
Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
Participate in creating and organizing interview scheduling and candidate assessments.
Assist with candidate onboarding and documentation once hired.
Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to support various talent acquisition projects
.
Skills/Requirements:
Basic office skills are preferred (e.g., communication, organization).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
General knowledge of Boolean search techniques and job boards is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data entry.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new HR tools and systems.
