Internship Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic HR Recruiter Interns to join our Pune team. This is a 3-month unpaid internship designed to give you real-world exposure to the recruitment lifecycle, hands-on learning, and career development opportunities. Based on performance, the internship will convert into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, and social media for talent sourcing
• Maintain and update internal candidate databases
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams
• Support in creating job descriptions and posting job ads
• Assist in onboarding and HR administrative tasks
• Participate in team meetings and recruitment strategy discussions
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in HR, Management, or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and internet research
• Availability to work on-site from our Pune office
