Internship Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic HR recruiter interns to join our Pune team. This internship offers real-world exposure to the recruitment lifecycle, hands-on learning, and the opportunity to build a career in HR. The internship is for 3 months, with the possibility of a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
• Utilise job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, and social media for talent sourcing.
• Maintain and update internal candidate databases.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.
• Support in creating job descriptions and posting job ads.
• Assist in onboarding and other HR administrative tasks.
• Participate in team meetings and recruitment strategy discussions.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in HR, Management, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and internet research
• Availability to work from our Pune office for the full internship duration.
