Job Title: HR & Management Intern

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and people-driven HR & Management Intern to join our growing team at Linkific. In this role, you will support our Human Resources and Operations departments in managing talent acquisition, onboarding, team coordination, and policy development.
You'll gain hands-on experience in managing recruitment cycles, organizing workflow systems, and building a collaborative startup culture. This internship is designed for individuals who want to explore leadership, HR operations, and business management in a dynamic and fast-evolving tech company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Manage and update HR databases, employee records, and attendance sheets.
Coordinate with department heads to understand team requirements and project needs.
Support in drafting offer letters, NDAs, and internship documentation.
Contribute to designing and refining company policies, handbooks, and internal communication systems.
Organize virtual onboarding sessions, feedback meetings, and team-building initiatives.
Track intern performance through evaluation systems and maintain HR reports.
Help management in planning workflow, internal meetings, and project deadlines.
Contribute to fostering a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented company culture.
Required Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle confidential information responsibly.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet) or MS Office Suite.
Good written and verbal English.
Adaptable to startup culture and remote teamwork.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with recruitment platforms (Internshala, LinkedIn, AngelList, etc.).
Basic knowledge of HR tools and project management systems (Notion, Trello, or Asana).
Understanding of employee engagement and performance metrics.
Interest in business strategy, team management, and organizational development.
Degree background in Psychology, HR, or Management preferred.
Educational Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
