Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate trackers).
  • Support employee onboarding document collection, induction coordination, and HRIS data entry.
  • Contribute to HR operations drafting letters, maintaining employee records, and assisting in compliance documentation.
  • Provide support in engagement initiatives, surveys, and communication campaigns.
  • Work with the HR team on policy updates, process documentation, and audit support.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining HR reports, trackers, and dashboards for internal use.
  • Support special projects linked to employer branding, training coordination, and performance management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate in Human Resources / Business Administration / related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with HR tools is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity.
