Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Management Intern to support our HR team in recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Help organize employee engagement initiatives and training sessions.
Assist with HR documentation, compliance, and policy implementation.
Support performance management processes and surveys.
Collaborate with the HR team to improve processes and employee experience.
