Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team in sourcing candidates and handling administrative tasks. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers. 2. Administrative Support: Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on various platforms. Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation. Support onboarding tasks like document collection and orientation scheduling. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other HR-related documentation. Perform other admin-related duties as assigned by the HR team. Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Basic knowledge of recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) is a plus. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. What You Will Gain: Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
