Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and self-driven HR Recruitment Interns who want hands-on exposure in Talent Acquisition and HR operations. This internship offers practical learning experience in real-time hiring projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process
• Sourcing candidates through job portals and social platforms
• Resume screening and shortlisting
• Interview scheduling and coordination
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and HR data reports
• Supporting employer branding and hiring campaigns
• Learning and implementing best HR industry practices

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate / Postgraduate (HR specialization preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment process (preferred)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Laptop and stable internet connection mandatory
• High energy and strong learning mindset
