We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team on a full-time basis. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, and personnel management. This on-site role is located in Bengaluru and will provide exposure to various aspects of HR operations, offering a valuable opportunity to develop professional skills within a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices, HR Management, and implementing HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management principles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations is an advantage
