Role Description

This is an on-site internship role based in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist in implementing HR policies, coordinating employee engagement activities, supporting HR management processes, and providing administrative support for personnel management. Additional tasks include facilitating the onboarding process, managing employee benefits, and maintaining accurate HR records.

Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and processes
  • Familiarity with HR Management, HR Policies, and best practices in an organizational setting
  • Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management processes
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently in a structured environment
  • Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a relevant field such as Human Resources or Business Management
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office tools is an advantage
