What You'll Do
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including pre-onboarding, onboarding, and documentation
- Assist with HR operations such as offer rollouts, background verification, and benefits administration
- Help prepare and validate payroll-related inputs and maintain vendor/contractor records
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure data accuracy across HR systems
- Support HR communications, reporting, and coordination activities
- Take ownership of small projects and process improvement initiatives
