HR Intern Roles & Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding Support

Assist in posting job openings across platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Support in conducting preliminary HR interviews.

Help in preparing onboarding documents and guiding new interns/employees through the joining process.

2. HR Administration & Documentation

Maintain and update employee records and databases.

Assist with preparation of HR-related letters, reports, and documentation.

Organize and manage HR files, attendance records, and compliance documents.

Maintain confidentiality of all employee data.

3. Policy & Process Support

Assist in researching HR policies and best practices.

Contribute to drafting or updating HR policies, SOPs, and internship guidelines.

Support in ensuring company policies are communicated and followed.

4. Employee Engagement Activities

Help plan internal activities, team events, and engagement initiatives.

Assist in collecting employee feedback and preparing engagement reports.

Support in organizing training sessions, workshops, and learning programs.

5. Performance & Feedback Support

Assist in monitoring intern and employee task performance.

Help coordinate performance review meetings.

Organize and track feedback submissions and follow-ups.

6. HR Operations & Coordination

Coordinate with different department heads for HR-related tasks.

Assist in handling HR queries from employees and interns.

Support in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth internal functioning.

7. HR Tools & Systems

Update information on HR management systems, spreadsheets, or tools.

Assist in generating HR reports and analytics.

8. Learning & Development

Participate in HR meetings, discussions, and strategic planning.

Gain practical exposure to real-world HR workflows in a creative/organizational environment.
