Role Description

This is a 2 Months remote Unpaid internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist in creating, implementing, and managing HR policies, coordinate employee benefits programs, and support personnel management activities. Daily tasks include organizing employee files, conducting research on HR best practices, assisting with recruitment processes, and addressing employee queries. The intern will also help in updating and maintaining HR databases, preparing reports, and participating in strategic HR projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Human Resources fundamentals, including HR Management and HR Policies
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management practices
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage tasks efficiently
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous internship or academic experience in HR is preferred but not mandatory
