Role Overview:
Kuinbee Information Services Pvt. Ltd. is offering a temporary, non-employment HR Internship for motivated individuals interested in gaining hands-on exposure to core human resource functions, people operations, and workplace well-being initiatives.
The HR Intern will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment processes, internal documentation, and employee engagement activities, including contributions to the Siddhi Mental Health Initiative, Kuinbee's workplace mental health and wellbeing program.
Key Responsibilities:
The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting with the following:
Supporting recruitment activities, including sourcing, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews
Assisting in drafting and updating HR policies, process documents, and onboarding/offboarding materials
Supporting employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation coordination
Maintaining and organizing HR records and supporting compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Assisting with employee performance tracking, feedback documentation, and internal audits
Contributing to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Assisting in the design and refinement of people analytics, performance tracking tools, and culture audits
Collaborating with internal teams to help structure role frameworks and HR documentation
Aiding the Siddhi Mental Health Initiative, including:
Coordination of mental health and wellbeing programs
Supporting workshops, awareness sessions, and internal communications
Assisting with well-being-related data tracking and documentation
Ensuring strict confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive employee and organizational information
Internship Nature:
This internship is temporary and non-employment-based.

All work created during the internship will remain the intellectual property of Kuinbee Information Services Pvt. Ltd.
The intern will be required to comply with confidentiality, data protection, and company policies.
Eligibility Criteria
Students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Management, or related fields
Interest in HR operations, people management, and workplace mental health
Strong communication, organization, and professional conduct
Willingness to learn and work in a structured, process-driven environment
