This is an Opportunity Based role as a Trainee to Permanent HR(Unpaid Internship)

We are seeking a motivated and learning-driven Human Resources Trainee to join our team at Ecera System LLC. This role is designed for fresh graduates, early-career professionals, or individuals looking to build a strong foundation in HR and eventually transition into a full-time HR role within the company.

This is a hands-on internship where you will work closely with our HR department and gain real-time professional experience across key HR functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HR Trainee, you will:

  • Assist in daily HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Support recruitment activities, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Learn and understand HR policies, procedures, and compliance
  • Participate in onboarding and personnel management processes
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and benefits coordination
  • Collaborate with HR team members to plan and execute internal HR strategies
  • Maintain HR documentation, databases, and reports
  • Gain exposure to end-to-end HR workflows including hiring, training, feedback, and HR systems
