Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will support the HR department in tasks such as drafting and implementing HR policies, assisting with employee benefits management, personnel management, and coordinating day-to-day HR activities. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support, assisting in recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
