Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting the HR team in creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and assisting in personnel management. The Human Resources Intern will also work on special projects assigned by the HR team and will have the opportunity to learn about the various functions of human resources.

Stipend - Rs. 2,000 per month

Duration - 03 Months

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Human Resources and HR management
• Ability to assist in creating and implementing HR policies
• Experience or knowledge in managing employee benefits
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Prior experience in HR or related field is a plus
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
