Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Hisar for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will assist with various HR functions, including managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel processes. The role includes supporting day-to-day HR operations, contributing to the administration of HR initiatives, and facilitating communication between departments to enhance workforce engagement and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Knowledge and experience in HR Management and HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
