Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a 6-month paid internship. This role offers practical exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR coordination within a fast-paced technology consulting environment. The intern will support recruitment activities, HR documentation, and employee-related initiatives while learning corporate HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Support talent acquisition activities, maintain recruitment trackers, and manage candidate records.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
- Assist with onboarding activities, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain HR records and support basic HR operations and reporting.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR team projects as required.
Requirements / Qualifications
- MBA (HR), BBA with HR specialization, or equivalent degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Freshers or candidates with 01 year of experience; prior HR or recruitment internship is preferred.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and job portals.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a professional environment.
