Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (HRMS)
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Assist in payroll coordination and attendance tracking
- Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events
- Support in preparing HR reports, MIS, and documentation
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of employee records
- Assist in policy communication and implementation
- Handle employee queries and provide basic HR support
- Support in Reward and Recognition
- Support in Learning & Development
- Support in Performance Management System, KRAs & Goals Setting
- Support in Exit Process
