Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Academic Content Creator. The person in this role will be responsible for developing engaging and educational content, creating curriculum materials, conducting in-depth subject matter research, and aligning educational resources with Pramyan's high standards of learning. Daily tasks include content development, proofing and editing material for accuracy, creating digital resources, and adapting content to meet the needs of various learning styles and skill levels. The role involves collaborating with educators and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality, impactful learning content.

Qualifications

• Content creation and design expertise, including Curriculum Development, Educational Material Design, and Digital Learning Content Creation
• Strong writing, proofing, and editing skills to ensure clarity and accuracy in educational materials
• Research and analytical skills for sourcing accurate and relevant subject matter information
• Experience in teaching, pedagogy, or instructional design
• Proficiency in educational tools, technology, and software for creating e-learning content
• Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities to work effectively with a diverse team
• Commitment to innovative learning approaches and a passion for education
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., Master's) or certifications are a plus.
