Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing talent, screening applications, conducting interviews, finalizing selections, and supporting the onboarding process.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through platforms like Internshala, job portals, and internal talent databases, aligning profiles with defined job specifications.
- Create, post, and maintain job advertisements across multiple hiring channels, while tracking applications and responding to candidate queries in a timely manner.
- Conduct initial telephonic and virtual assessments to evaluate candidates skills, suitability for the role, and overall interest level.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and well-organized hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and updated recruitment documentation, including candidate profiles.
- Ensure a positive candidate journey by communicating professionally, sharing regular updates, and maintaining consistent follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with HR and cross-functional teams to understand manpower requirements, support internship and entry-level hiring initiatives, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
