As part of our growth plans, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing recruitment environment and enjoys working on mid-to-senior leadership mandates.
Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level roles, working directly with clients and candidates to deliver high-quality outcomes. This role requires strong stakeholder management, structured search capability, and a consultative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a trusted partner to clients, understanding their business context, culture, and leadership needs
- Executing targeted talent sourcing through headhunting, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networking
- Conducting structured candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks
- Managing recruitment assignments from job brief to offer closure, including compensation discussions
- Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines for current and future leadership needs
- Providing regular progress updates and market insights to clients
- Tracking industry trends, hiring practices, and compensation benchmarks.
What We're Looking For:
- 24 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition / recruitment consulting
- Proven experience hiring mid to senior-level talent
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple mandates independently
- Consulting mindset with problem-solving and advisory capability
- Prior exposure to BFSI, technology, sales, or operations hiring is an advantage.
