Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Manage and optimize job postings across various recruitment portals and sourcing platforms to attract quality candidates.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes based on job requirements, ensuring effective shortlisting of suitable applicants.
  • Conduct initial telephonic discussions with candidates to explain job roles, assess interest, and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate interview processes by aligning candidate availability with hiring managers and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide end-to-end recruitment support including follow-ups, feedback collection, and assisting the HR team with reporting and daily hiring operations.
