Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients digitally by engaging with leads through the Loan Management System (LMS) or other digital platforms.
  • Assist clients in downloading and navigating the mobile application.
  • Guide clients through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure completion and compliance.
  • Maintain timely follow-ups with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any client queries or technical issues related to app usage and KYC.
  • Track and report on acquisition metrics and progress to management regularly.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving acquisition targets.
  • Basic knowledge and interest in the stock market and related financial products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems for lead management and tracking.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Minimum education: Completed 10th and 12th standard.
  • Graduate in any discipline with no backlogs (mandatory).
  • Good computer literacy and familiarity with mobile applications.
