Position: HR Lead (People & Performance)

Location: Mumbai (Office in Lower Parel / Navi Mumbai)

Network FP is India's leading learning and development platform for Personal Finance Professionals (PFPs) such as financial advisors, financial planners, investment advisors and wealth managers. Since 2011 for over 15 years, Network FP has worked towards raising the standards of the personal finance profession in India through education, certification, community, events and thought leadership. Our key initiatives include: QPFP Certification, PRO Membership and NFP National Summit. Currently serving 2,000 qualified professionals across 180+ cities across India.

Our medium-term mission is to build a community of 10,000 qualified professionals by 2030 serving millions of families across India.

Role Overview

We are currently a team of 40 people aspiring to grow to 100 people in next 3-5 years. This is not a traditional HR role. We are looking for someone who will build the performance engine of Network FP — someone who believes that: Great organisations are built on clarity, accountability, and culture. You will work directly with the Founder CEO & Leadership Team to design and implement systems that ensure every team member performs at their best. Your Core Mission: Build a high-performance team and culture driven by systems, not supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Management System

- Design and implement Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual tracking

- Build & track clear KPIs for all 9 departments

- Ensure accountability and ownership at every level

2. Hiring & Talent Building

- Build strong hiring pipelines across departments

- Design structured interview & assessment processes

- Ensure right person, right role, right time

3. HR Operations & Compliance

- Oversee company and regulatory policies

- Manage attendance, payroll coordination, documentation

- Build clean, scalable HR systems

4. Core HR Functions

- Hiring & Onboarding

- Training & Development

- Performance Reviews

- Team Engagement & Motivation

- Inter Department Coordination

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years experience in HR / People Operations
  • Strength in performance management systems
  • Highly structured, process-driven thinker
  • Comfortable working directly with founders
  • Strong ownership mindset - you don't wait to be told
  • Experience in team hiring, training and appraisals

Compensation
