Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates, and posting vacancies on job portals and online recruitment platforms.
- Screen and evaluate resumes by reviewing candidates qualifications, skills, and professional experience to ensure alignment with the role requirements and company objectives.
- Carry out initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability, communicate job responsibilities and expectations, and shortlist candidates for further interview rounds.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and applicants to coordinate interview schedules, ensuring a well-organized and efficient recruitment process.
- Maintain and update recruitment data, interview records, and candidate tracking systems while also assisting with onboarding procedures and preparation of essential HR documentation.
