Location: Borivali, Mumbai

Working days and time : Monday to Saturday; 10.30am to 7.30pm

Role Overview

The HR Generalist will play a key role in managing and strengthening core HR

functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR

operations, compliance, payroll coordination, and performance processes.ey Responsibilities:

1.Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer

management.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and close

positions within timelines.

Manage candidate pipeline and hiring dashboards.

2.Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management

Execute seamless onboarding and induction processes.

Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, and compliance files.

Support confirmations, exits, and lifecycle workflows.

3.Attendance, Leaves & Payroll Coordination

Manage attendance logs, leave records, and employee queries.

Coordinate payroll inputs for timely salary processing.

Track reimbursements and payroll-linked inputs.

4.Employee Engagement & Culture Building

Plan engagement initiatives, events, and communication activities.

Conduct HR touchpoints and pulse surveys.

Support recognition and team-building programs. 5. HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain HR policies and ensure statutory compliance.

Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and compliance documents.

Assist in PF, ESIC, gratuity, onboarding documentation, and audits.

6.Performance Management Support

Support goal-setting, appraisal cycles, and reviews.

Track KRAs and ensure process adherence.

Assist in training and development initiatives.

7.Employee Relations

Address employee concerns promptly and professionally.

Support disciplinary processes and workplace issue resolution.

Maintain a healthy and compliant work environment.

8.HRMS & Systems Management

Manage HRMS modules, including attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and

employee data.

Ensure system accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with

vendors.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, compliance, and

engagement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Integrity in handling confidential information.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with HRIS tools and MS Excel.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is mandatory.

Master's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR) is an added advantage.

25 years of HR experience; startup experience preferred.
