About the Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR professional with experience in managing the employee lifecycle and familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and exit formalities for assigned teams.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary training and resources.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and HODs to identify talent development roadblocks.
  • Design and implement training plans for each team, including content development and execution.
  • Facilitate performance reviews for assigned locations.
  • Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and address concerns to promote a healthy work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in HR or a related field (freshers willing to learn are welcome).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new tech platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with strong prioritisation skills.
