About the Position
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR professional with experience in managing the employee lifecycle and familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and exit formalities for assigned teams.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary training and resources.
- Collaborate with the HR team and HODs to identify talent development roadblocks.
- Design and implement training plans for each team, including content development and execution.
- Facilitate performance reviews for assigned locations.
- Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and address concerns to promote a healthy work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in HR or a related field (freshers willing to learn are welcome).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new tech platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with strong prioritisation skills.
