HR Generalist

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR professional with a minimum of two years of experience in the HR domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in building a well-rounded career across multiple HR verticals.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Talent Acquisition team while gradually gaining experience across various people functions, including Employee Value Proposition (EVP), campus hiring, talent management, and broader HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for diverse roles
- Assist in building and strengthening the employee value proposition through research, communication, and employer branding initiatives
- Participate in campus hiring programs, including coordination with institutes, candidate engagement, and event support
- Contribute to talent management processes such as employee engagement, onboarding, and performance cycles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations and service delivery
- Maintain accurate and updated HR documentation, trackers, and reports
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and provide timely HR support
- Take ownership of assigned HR projects and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, operations, or manufacturing sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
- High level of ownership, curiosity, and enthusiasm for gaining diverse exposure across HR functions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
