Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Generalist located in Gurugram, Haryana. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist with proven experience in the U.S. logistics industry. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and contribute to talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development. This role requires a strong understanding of logistics workforce dynamics and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-state operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer HR policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws and logistics industry standards.
  • Support recruitment efforts for corporate roles; coordinate interviews, onboarding, and orientation.
  • Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
  • Maintain HRIS systems and ensure accurate employee records and reporting.
  • Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate training programs related to safety, compliance, and professional development.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance and third-party providers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, with at least 12 years in the U.S. logistics or transportation industry.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Communication Skills should be excellent.
