Job Description

Job Title: HR Generalist

Company: Proffus Pvt. Ltd.

Experience: 3-5 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: On-site

End-to-End Responsibilities

Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle including job description creation, job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer issuance, and onboarding.

Coordinate with hiring managers and leadership for manpower planning, interview scheduling, candidate evaluation, and joining updates.

Execute onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation, background verification, induction sessions, exit interviews, and Full & Final settlements.

Draft, issue, and manage HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, relieving letters, warning notices, and policy-related communications.

Track employee performance support activities and participate in performance reviews, HR alignment meetings, and management reporting.

Maintain HR dashboards, trackers, MIS reports, recruitment metrics, and audit-ready documentation.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal HR processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

23 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, or an HR Generalist role.

Good knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, payroll basics, onboarding, and employee relations.

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and HR tools or HRMS platforms.

Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
