People & Culture Partner (HR)

You won't just manage policies or processes, you'll help shapeculture, trust, and stabilityin a fast-moving, demanding startup environment.

What You'll Do (Your Real Impact)

  • Be thefirst point of trustfor employees, someone they can speak to openly, honestly, and without fear.
  • Own the entire employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, engagement, performance, growth, and exits, with empathy.
  • Work closely with founders and leadership to build people-centric policies that balancebusiness reality with human needs.
  • Handle recruitment for tech, operations, sales, and support roles, finding people who are curious, capable, and aligned with our long-term vision.
  • Build systems for performance reviews, feedback loops, goal tracking, and career progression.
  • Actively manage employee morale during high-pressure phases and growth spurts.
  • Handle compliance, payroll coordination, documentation, and statutory requirements responsibly.
  • Create a culture of ownership, transparency, and mutual respect, not hierarchy.
  • Support team leads in people management, conflict resolution, and team structuring.
  • Help scale the organization thoughtfully, without losing its core values.

Who We're Looking For

  • Someone who sees HR asPeople & Culture, not administration.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, you listen more than you speak.
  • Comfortable working in astartup environmentwhere structure is built, not handed over.
  • Tech-savvy or genuinely curious about technology, AI, hardware, or engineering environments.
  • Ability to balance empathy with accountability.
  • Experience handling sensitive situations with maturity and discretion.
  • Willing to take ownership and grow with the company long term.
  • Clear communicator, with employees, leadership, and external partners.

Must-Have Skills

  • Experience in HR / People Operations (startup experience is a big plus).
  • Strong recruitment and hiring skills.
  • Understanding of performance management and employee engagement.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and basic labor laws.
  • Ability to build processes from scratch and improve them continuously.
  • Comfortable working directly with founders and leadership.

Good to Have

  • Experience in tech, IT services, hardware, AI, or engineering companies.
  • Exposure to fast-scaling teams or operationally complex environments.
  • Interest in organizational psychology, culture building, or leadership development.
