Human Resources Generalist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Gurgaon. The Human Resources Generalist will oversee policies and procedures, manage employee benefits, and ensure compliance with established HR frameworks. Responsibilities include managing HR operations, implementing employee engagement initiatives, and administering benefits programs. The position also involves supporting recruitment processes, assisting with onboarding, and addressing employee relations concerns.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies.
• Experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration processes.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and deliver effective solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools.
• Minimum Industry Experience of 5 years.
