Role Description

We're looking for a full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Mumbai.

This isn't your typical HR role we need someone who's worked in a media/creative agency environment, understands the hustle, and can help build a vibrant, Gen Z-friendly work culture. You'll manage HR operations, shape our hiring strategies, set up employee benefits, and be a key player in scaling a dream team that defines Mondescape's future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage HR policies and processes that support a high-growth, creative work culture
• Lead recruitment and onboarding of top creative talent (content, design, production, marketing)
• Manage employee benefits and drive employee engagement programs
• Act as a cultural ambassador championing team-building initiatives, events, and a positive, people-first work environment
• Support leadership with strategic HR planning as the company scales
• Handle day-to-day HR operations independently and collaboratively

Qualifications

• 13 years of HR experience, preferably in a media/creative agency environment
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee benefits administration, and best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• A people-first mindset with a passion for building energetic, Gen Z-centric teams
• Ability to work proactively, independently, and creatively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
