Role Overview:

We are seeking an HR Generalist to handle recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and exit formalities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple HR functions efficiently.

End-to-end recruitment & onboarding

HR operations & payroll inputs

Employee engagement & grievance handling

Policy implementation & compliance

Performance management support

Exit management & documentation

Required Skills:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Knowledge of HR operations & labour laws

Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS tools

Ability to multitask and work independently

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field.
