Primary Responsibility:

Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Assist in attendance and leave management

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage day-to-day human resources operations and support employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, HR administration, employee relations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in attendance and leave management
• Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives
• Address employee queries and support grievance handling
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Coordinate training and development programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws and recruitment practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Preferred Skills

• Experience with payroll and HRMS tools
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
