Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for executing and overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, and implementing HR policies. The individual will also support recruitment processes, facilitate employee engagement activities, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and build positive workplace relationships
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar HR role is preferred
