Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist who can manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in fostering a positive work culture and ensuring smooth HR operations within our growing team.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions across departments (creative, operations, and business teams).
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring needs.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and documentation of new hires.
2. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records, HRMS data, and attendance systems.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and maintain personnel files.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events.
- Build a positive and motivating work environment aligned with the company's creative and collaborative culture.
- Conduct feedback sessions and grievance handling.
4. Performance Management
- Support managers during appraisals and performance reviews.
- Track KRAs and coordinate for periodic evaluations and growth discussions.
5. Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate internal/external training sessions.
- Maintain records of learning and development initiatives.
6. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare HR dashboards on hiring, attrition, and engagement.
- Share periodic reports and insights with management for better decision-making.

Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 23 years of HR experience (preferably in hospitality, creative, or consulting industry).
