Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Noida. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and enforcing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and overseeing HR management tasks. The individual will also support the company's HR initiatives and ensure the implementation of best HR practices.

• Experience in maintaining and fostering Employee Relations
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Comprehensive knowledge in Human Resources (HR)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
