This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Executive will handle daily HR management and operational tasks, develop and enforce HR policies, manage employee relations, and support various HR functions. Daily activities include recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
